We have used Ayenz as fitout contractor, their prices were too expensive for the quality that they have delivered in our project. after 1 month of the completion notice, we have discovered many tiles not fixed properly, leakages coming from drainages. I recommend approaching other vendors to compare their proposals and focus both on the quotation price and the scope of work.
In Abu Dhabi, it's hard to find a contractor that keeps their word, but their complete services went beyond what we hoped for. Our office now has a modern design that's welcoming and helps us work better.
